Keryx is proud to support programs that provide educational opportunities for healthcare providers and not-for-profit organizations that support patients with renal disease.
Medical Education Support
Keryx supports high-quality, balanced and scientifically rigorous Medical Education including accredited and non-accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and/or materials. Programs and/or materials must be free from commercial influence or bias, and conducted in accordance with the PhRMA Code, ACCME guidelines and all other applicable laws and guidance.
Requests for funding of Medical Education Support will be reviewed within 30 days. We will then contact you to inform you of the decision of our grant review committee. Please note that not all requests can be honored.
To submit a medical education grant request:
- Download and complete the application.
- Email the completed application along with supporting documentation as PDFs (letter of request, detailed program description, needs assessment, agenda, line item budget (note: Keryx funds cannot be used to provide meals to attendees), evaluation/outcomes plan, W9) to email@example.com at least 8 weeks (60 days) in advance of the program start date to provide adequate time for review.
We review grants on a monthly basis and will strive to provide a decision via email within 6-8 weeks of submission.
Keryx will consider sponsoring an organization’s specific event or activity, such as a scientific or professional meeting, community health fair, or table at a fundraising or awards event. Keryx will also consider requests to become a corporate member of an entity or organization. Requests for sponsorship will be reviewed within 30 days, but not all requests will be funded.
If you have questions, please download our Quick Reference Guide (PDF).
Keryx will consider charitable donations to healthcare organizations. Not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organizations are welcome to make a request for donations by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests for a charitable donation will be carefully considered by our grants committee, but not all requests will be funded.
